RenTour reserves the right to revise these Payment & Security Terms and Conditions at any time by updating this posting. You should visit this page periodically to re-appraise yourself of the Terms and Conditions because they are binding on all users of this Website.
We are only the booking platform for hiring the vehicles all over India.
Payment
· We only charge Advance Rent and Convenience fees including GST tax which is paid by the customer in advance before reserving your selected vehicles in our website.
· Any delay in payment will not be accepted and the vehicles will be handed over to you only after the complete rent and deposit amount is paid in advance by the customer.
· We ensure that hirers receive their paid receipts if no amount is due. Do not pay any amount till you receive your paid receipts.
· The vehicle remains in your custody till the rental period and should be safely returned back after use.
· If you buy the vehicle’s insurance coverage then in case of any theft you will not be subjected to fine.
Security Deposit
· Hirers are required to pay a specific amount as security deposit. This security deposit is collected so that if there is any damage caused to the vehicle or traffic challan then the amount can be depreciated from your security deposit.
· On safely returning back the hired vehicle, the entire safety deposit amount is handed back to the customer.
· In case there is any damage brought to the vehicle then the amount is deducted from your security deposit and the balance amount is returned back.
· This deposit amount paid by you is refundable and is entitled to adjustments only under certain specific cases.
· All the important documents of the vehicle are provided to customers as soon as they fulfill all the requirements and agree to all the terms and conditions.
· Security deposit amount will be refunded 48hours after submitting the vehicle in same condition, In case of any damage of vehicle the deposit refund time extend till the repair of the vehicle.
· Security deposit is taken by the vehicle owner (Dealers) which will be refunded by them only and RenTour is no responsible of any deduction in deposit amount.
