Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for booking at RENTOUR website and RENTOUR app.

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a booking, We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.

The following terms are applicable for any vehicle that you booked with Us.

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

• Application means the software program provided by the RenTour downloaded by you on any electronic device, named RENTOUR
• Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to RENTOUR, Hill Park Tower, Capt Suresh Samant Road, Jogeshwari West, Mumbai-400102..
• Goods refer to the items offered for booked on the Service.
• Booking/Order means a request by you to booked vehicle from Us.
• Service refers to the Application or the Website or both.
• Website refers to RENTOUR, accessible from https://rentour.in
• You mean the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

You are entitled to cancel Your Booking with a valid reason.

In the event of the booking cancellation the booking charges is non-refundable and non-transferrable as the vehicle is blocked on the website and application due to the online booking and no further booking can be done for the same booked vehicle.

If you are not satisfied with the booking cancellation policy, you must inform us of your issue by means of a clear statement within 7days of booking. You can inform us of your issue by:.

We will review your issue for the best resolution and no later than 7 days from the day on which we receive your request for solution of your issue. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the booking.

In order for the Booking to be eligible for the refund, please make sure that:

• If The Booked Vehicle is not available
• If The Booked Vehicle is Cancelled by The Vendor / Dealer

The following Booking charges cannot be refund:

• The Booked vehicle is made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
• The Booked vehicle is ready to deliver.
• The Booked vehicle has been delivered to the customer.
• The Booked vehicle Booking Time Started.
• The Coupon used for booking vehicle.

We reserve the right to refuse refund of any booking that does not meet the above refund conditions in our sole discretion

Refund: Once approved will be refunded in 1-7 days
